AIM AND SCOPE
The Canadian Journal of Infection Control (CJIC) is an international, peer review journal providing a platform for knowledge transfer and academic discourse in the field of infection prevention and control, and healthcare epidemiology. The journal accepts manuscripts outlining original research that examines, informs and advances this professional field. As the official publication of IPAC Canada, CJIC is the foremost resource on healthcare epidemiology and infectious disease prevention and control. Infection control professionals, public health officials, physicians, nurses, and epidemiologists rely on CJIC for peer-reviewed articles to guide the practice and policies on infection prevention and control.
CJIC also publishes infection control guidelines from IPAC Canada. CJIC is indexed in Embase, CINAHL/EBSCO, ISI, ESJI, ProQuest, and Crossref.
